At the start of an engagement, we conduct a thorough review of the client’s current legal circumstances. A prerequisite for our collaboration is that we can clearly define the client’s legal needs. If we determine that we are well-suited to assist the client, the scope of our work is defined in a letter of engagement, along with the terms, working methods, and fee structure.

Our clients are always assisted by a lawyer. However, individual tasks are often distributed within the team to optimise time and cost efficiency, while simultaneously leveraging the firm’s collective experience and expertise. Fair Fees
According to the Code of Professional Conduct of the Swedish Bar Association, a lawyer’s fee must be reasonable in relation to, among other things, the scope, nature, and complexity of the matter. In some cases, private insurance coverage may cover part of the legal fees.
We also assist our clients in applying for compensation through any applicable legal expense insurance.
